I felt I was being listened to.
Friendly, approachable members of staff.
Helpful with advice and assistance in the pod.
Keep up the good work.
My care was absolutely great! So just some things (but not criticism, I'm too impressed by how I've seen looked after.
1. Have a 'crabber' in the bathroom, to help those who can't bend saves calling a worse.
2. Arrival on ward post-op, there wasn't time for awpart to sort belongings, wash face and hands etc. (But OBS and care otherwise good).
3. The 4-bedded boh was right by the nurses station, when the door was closed at night. This made a big difference when trying to sleep.
4. Bin in the bathroom could be next to the sink but this hospital and all of the team are just so professional, extremely thorough, well organized and climally impressive.
Very helpful and caring.
All good.
Multiple tests and discussions took place before decisions were made, I was included in making the decisions too!
Don't think there could be any improvements for myself.
Seeing the same physio.
